How to Provide COVID-19 Vaccine Information

For students who’ve received the COVID-19 vaccine, parents can:

  1. Provide this information through ParentVUE via the online registration/verification (see instructions below),
  2. Email your child’s school office secretary, or
  3. Bring a copy to your child’s school.

To input the COVID-19 vaccination information into ParentVUE:

If parents have already completed the online registration/verification process for your child:

First, login to ParentVue

Via the app:

  1. Login in via the app
  2. Click on student name
  3. Click on health
  4. Click in immunizations
  5. Click on immunization you would like to update and enter dates of vaccinations

Via your computer:

  1. Login in via the app
  2. Click on health
  3. Click in immunizations
  4. Click on immunization you would like to update and enter dates of vaccinations

For parents that haven't completed online verification for their student(s), follow the steps outlined here.
